WHAT TOSHALI POINTS ARE ?
We explain you through a series of questions & answers, Toshali Luxury Club Points how it works & how to use your Points?
WHAT DO I OWN?
You own membership to The Toshali Luxury Club & the Points Rights that are shown on your Toshali Points Rights Certificate. Your Toshali Points Rights Certificates states your Membership Number, the number and type of Points Rights that you own.
Your Toshali Points Rights Certificate is your proof of legal Membership & it should be kept in a safe place along with your precious possessions.
WHAT IS A POINT?
A point is the currency used to book your holiday. the accommodation in every Toshali Luxury Club Resort has a Points Value, and your Points are used to pay for this accommodation when you use it.
For Example:
A one week holiday in a 1 bedroom unit at the Toshali Sands & Toshali Royal View would cost between 1904 & 4420 Points depending on the season.

HOW LONG ARE MY HOLIDAYS?
The beauty of The Toshali Luxury Club is its flexibility. The minimum reservation is a 3 night Week-end Break, or you can also book a 4 night Mid-week Break - intervals of one week. The maximum reservation depends entirely on how many Points you wish to use.
Reservations are also normally made in intervals of one week where you are limited only by accommodation availability and the number of Points that you have to spend.
WHAT IS A LATE BREAK SPECIAL?
By booking 45 days or less before your intended holiday, you can obtain a saving of 01% to 50% on the Points value of the accomodation subject to availability. There is no limit to the number of Late Breaks that you can take in any year, so long as you have sufficient Points.
WHAT IS THE RCI EXCHANGE PROGRAM? (click here)
Toshali is affiliated with Resort Condominiums International (RCI), the world's largest holiday exchange company, with over 3,900 resorts in more than 100 countries. Toshali Luxury Club Members are enrolled with RCI for the first 5 years on additional payment of RCI enrolment fees, after availing internal exchange with home resorts or with Global Alliance Resorts for a period of two consecutive years.
Once you are already a member of RCI, your current membership will be extended as per the terms and conditions of your Purchase Agreement and as explained to you by the Toshali Luxury Club Consultant. Thereafter, RCI membership is optional and must be renewed by you. Toshali Luxury Club Members may exchange with RCI and use an (RCI) affiliated resort instead of a Toshali Luxury Club. Details of the RCI Exchange Program are contained later in this Website. The Toshali Luxury Club may also register with other Exchange Companies from time to time.
WHEN DO I GET MY POINTS?
On 1 January each year your Points Account is credited with the quantity of Points shown on your Toshali Points Rights Certificate. For example, if your Toshali Points Rights Certificate states that you own 4420 Points Rights, your Points Account will be credited with 4420 Points on 1 January each year for the duration of your membership. Whenever you make a reservation for accommodation in a Toshali Luxury Club Resort., a Global Alliance Resort or an Exchange Company affiliated resort, your Points Account is debited with Points value of that accommodation.
DO MY POINTS HAVE A 'USE BY' DATE?
Yes, The Points credited to your Points Account each year expire on 31st December in the same year. However, you may save your Points for a further year by giving written notice to your designated Toshali Luxury Club Office.
The written notice should be received by your Toshali Luxury Club office on or before 30th November. Therefore, the maximum life span of any Points credited to your Points Account is two years.

HOW DOES THE RESERVATION SYSTEM WORK?
Every resort and apartment affiliated with the Toshali Luxury Club is recorded at your Member Care office. Reservation are accepted on a 'first come - first served' basis, so the earlier you make your reservation the more likely you are to get your preferred choice.
CAN I SELL OR BEQUEATH MY POINTS RIGHTS?
There is no restriction on selling, bequeathing or gifting your Points Rights to others,subject to the fact that the minimum Points Rights owned by anyone is 675 points.
Should you wish to sell or transfer your Points Rights, contact your Toshali Luxury Club Consultant who will send you the necessary transfer documents to complete by paying a nominal charge for sell or transfer.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH POINTS FOR MY HOLIDAY?
The options available to you are:
WHAT ARE THE ANNUAL COSTS?
Toshali Luxury Club Members pay an Annual Management Charges. The Annual Management Charges covers the cost of administering The Toshali Luxury Club including Member care, support network and operation & maintainance of the resort. The same Annual Management Charges is paid by every Member irrespective to the number of Points Rights owned and irrespective of the type of Points owned.
CAN I BORROW POINTS FROM NEXT YEAR?
Yes, you can borrow some or all Points only from your next year's allocation and use them in the current year with combination of saved points from your last year. Thus you can then use up to three years worth( previous year, current year and next year) of Points for a longer holiday.
ARE THERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF POINTS RIGHTS?
Yes, there are basically two types of Points Rights, Full Points rights & Assigned Points Rights. Most members will normally own Full Points rights. These are backed by property that is owned by the Club and are guaranted year after year as per agreement followed by Toshali Points Right Certificate.
It is possible to own a combination of Full Points Rights and Assigned Points Rights. Assigned Points rights are not subject to the agreement or the points right certificate. Assigned Points are issued annually to Points Members, subject to availability as specified in the Assigned points table. Your Toshali Luxury Club Consultant will know what type of Assigned Points Rights are available for sale when you are making your purchase.

- Select your preferred destination and the time of year you want to holiday from the Resort Profiles.
- Select the type of apartment(Hotel Efficiency, Studio, One Bed room and Two Bed room)
- Determine the number of Points that are needed from Toshali Points Matrix.
- Ring your Toshali Luxury Club Consultant and make your booking.
HOW DOES THE RESERVATION SYSTEM WORK?

- Save your Points and go on the holiday of your choice next year;

- Buy additional Points Rights.
