24 Hour Front Desk Services with a Multilingual Staff Our expertly trained Front Desk staff is on property and able tassist you. Our standard check-in time is 10:00am and standard check out time is 08:00am. Fax, Copying, Mail services are available through the Front Desk at a nominal charge. Please inquire with the Front Desk staff if you are requesting early check in or late check out, for availability and fees. Fitness Center Owners and guests tthe resort can enjoy a work out in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center that features equipment from Lifecycle, Body Masters. You may alsenjoy the steam rooms, and Massage Therapists.

Fitness Center hours are Monday through Sunday from 7am - 8pm The Fitness Center is open all 365 days as per above timing. The Fitness Center is free of charge tall Toshali memebrs utilizing their owner time and RCI guests utilizing exchange time and charges a nominal fee tall other users. All guests of the Fitness Center must be 18 years or older.

NOTE: Suitable footwear (i.e. tennis shoes) are required tuse the gym. The Aurveda and spa is open year round, but the pool is closed seasonally based on the weather conditions. Mini-Mart The Shop & Mini Mart is located just off of the main lobby of resort. The store hours are 8:00am - 01:00pm and afternoon 04.00 pm t08.00pm. The shop offers crackers and snacks, biscuits cold drinks a variety of tetra pack snacks Treach the store from your room phone.

Concierge Services Our Front Office receptionist is at your service tbook activities and make reservations for you in advance of your stay. They are able tprovide information on attractions and tmake transport arrangement through our travel desk. They can advice about places tdine, area day tours or excursions, and or the many shows and activities around town. The Receptionist alsprovides babysitting services information. The receptionist is available through out 24 hours tassist you tyour requirement. Housekeeping Services Our housekeeping staff will service your room on a daily basis and provide a light maid service which we refer tas towel and trash service. This includes removing all trash from your room, removing and replacing all towels, and making your bed. On your 4th day of your week long stay, you will alsreceive mid-week cleaning service. This service includes the towel and trash service, as well as changing all sheets, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the entire unit, washing the dishes, and dusting. Services are provided between 8:00am and 5:00pm. After 5:00pm, contact the Housekeeping for any additional housekeeping supplies.

The Housekeeping department alsprovides cribs, shower chairs, and extra beds tguests needing them based on availability. Please contact housekeeping at 77 prior tyour arrival tthe resort trequest one of these extras. You may dial the housekeeping 77 treach housekeeping from your room phone.

Reservations Our reservations department is open Monday - Saturday from 8:00am - 8:00pm. Our reservations team can check resort availability, book resort reservations, and answer any questions that you may have regarding your resort stay. Bell Desk Our full service bell desk is available tyou 24 hours a day. They are available tunload your vehicle upon your arrival and load up your vehicle upon your departure. The bell desk will alsmake shuttle service arrangements for you tthe Rly Station, Puri and incase of airport for a nominal fee. If your room is not ready upon check in or you have a late flight, the bell desk will store your luggage in a secured storage area for you at ncharge.
